We are a small family-owned business that began in 2002 with one Framing/Finish crew. For almost 20 years General Contractor, Gary Baker, and his trusted Sub-Contractors have served hundreds of Utah Residents, Production Builders and other General Contractors to complete a variety of quality constuction projects. Our Sub-Contractors are licensed and insured and the best in their field. We work hard for our clients. We are honest and always have our clients best interests in mind.

Cobble Creek Homes, Inc. employs Framing, Finishing, and Pella Window Installation crews. We utilize our trusted Sub-Contractors when necessary and work together to complete each job with quality workmanship. We orchestrate and oversee that the job gets done on time, on budget and the way you want it, from Building Plans and Permits to Inspections and Project Management.
